Can I access NovaWage from anywhere at any time?

Certainly! Novawage offers a cloud-based solution. Once you complete the setup for your organization, you can access NovaWage’s Employee Self-Service from anywhere and on any device through your preferred browser.

Does NovaWage has a mobile application?

Is NovaWage comply to data protection regulations?
Yes, we can assure you that NovaWage protects your data and that we are fully compliant with data protection laws, including the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and other relevant standards. Who Can access NovaWage?

NovaWage is solution to ease both lives the employees and the organisation. For there, NovaWage operates using role-based access control. As a result, there is:

As NovaWage operates as a Cloud solution, we conduct encrypted backups daily and manage them accordingly. These backups serve as precautions for “worst-case scenarios” such as disaster recovery.

Consequently, importing a backup for an individual user upon request or running NovaWage locally on your computer is not intended.

However, if you wish to store specific data on your computer, NovaWage provides various export options in different formats.

How can I do a back up of my data?

Pricing and contract

What pricing options are available for NovaWage?
NovaWage offers flexible pricing options based on the size and needs of your business. While we are priced on a per-employee, per-month basis, you also have the option to pay on an annual contract if you prefer. To view your price, check out our pricing plans here.  
How does the free trial work? Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?

To start using our services, you’ll need to choose a plan and pay upfront with a credit card. Subsequently, you have a 14-day period to evaluate our solution. If you decide it’s not the right fit within those 14 days, you can cancel and receive a full refund. However, please note that the decision must be made within this timeframe to qualify for the money-back guarantee.

What is NovaWage’s cancellation/refund policy?

Your NovaWage contract operates on a month-to-month basis, allowing you to terminate your account whenever you choose. However, should you opt to cancel, please note that we do not provide prorated refunds. Instead, your account will stay active until the end of the current monthly billing cycle. If you cancel during your free trial, you will not incur any charges

What if I add employees in the middle of a contract?

If you add new users during the middle of your subscription period, you’ll incur a charge at the end of the month based on the portion of the subscription period remaining.

How does NovaWage billing work?

Your billing date is based on the day you sign up for NovaWage, and your bill is payable automatically by your credit card. Therefore, if you sign up on May 19, you would be billed on the 19th of every month.

What is the setup process like?

You supply the required and necessary data, and your designated implementation specialist assists you in importing it, demonstrates how the system operates, and ensures you are up and running. As a result, implementation typically spans four to six weeks.

Is your support team outsourced?

No, our support team is entirely in-house to ensure you receive the best service possible.
